About Joseph

Mr. Morrison graduated from Baylor University in three years with a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship. He received his law degree from the University of Arkansas-Fayetteville. While in law school, Mr. Morrison served as a Research Assistant to Professor Terry Jean Seligmann - a member of the Board of Directors for the Legal Writing Institute. Joseph was cited as one of two researchers for a law review article published in the University of California Davis Journal of Law and Policy.

Mr. Morrison previously worked for one of the largest Social Security Disability law firms in the State of Texas and has assisted hundreds of claimants in getting approved for the Disability Benefits they desperately need. He has had over 20 decisions remanded by the Appeals Council for further proceedings. Joseph’s experience in Social Security Disability law has allowed him to more effectively represent injured clients.

Mr. Morrison is a current member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, and Dallas Bar Association. He is a former member of the American Bar Association, American Association for Justice, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, North Dallas Bar Association, and National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. Joseph has been quoted in the Journal of the American Bar Association – one of the most widely read legal publications in the United States.

In his free time he enjoys rooting for local sports teams, spending time with his nephew Nathan, and frequenting Starbucks.
