About Eric
Eric J. Martin was born and raised in Dallas, Texas. Mr. Martin graduated from Lake Highlands High School in 1993. After completing his B.S. in Criminal Justice with a Minor in Political Science from the University of North Texas, he attended the Texas Tech University School of Law, graduating in 2001. Eric was admitted to practice law on November 2, 2001, and has a decade of legal experience in personal injury law.
His career includes over 60 jury trials as first-chair counsel, all in personal injury actions as well as hundreds of depositions and mediations. Mr. Martin is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Texas and holds or has held memberships in the State Bar of Texas, Texas Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Dallas Trial Lawyers Association, Dallas Bar Association and North Dallas Bar Association.
Eric is married to his lovely wife Sara and has two sons.
